From the initial collection of stock, through to our remarketing process, we follow a range of well-structured procedures to ensure that all returns are handled in a sympathetic manner.
All items collected are scanned into our bespoke software system and given a unique asset number - which stays with that product through and after the entire process. Whether the product has passed testing, is in the process of being boxed or has already been sold on, live tracking is available for clients to check progress on stock.
Once the screening and testing process is completed, all items that have passed function and cosmetic testing are moved through to the refurbishment department for rebranding, cleaning and packing. This part of the operation is carried out under strict guidlines so that we can produce an as new quality product that we are happy to put our Corevalue stamp on. All manuals and leaflets are redesigned removing any original warranty/help line information.
Any items that do not pass first time testing are sent through to our team of highly skilled engineers for diagnostics and repair. We pride ourselves in getting the very best yield from any product and regularly achieve a pass rate in excess of 90% on a wide range of product lines. The repairing of faulty goods is all part of our service and comes at no additional cost to clients.
Once goods have completed the refurbishment process they are booked onto the stock system for our sales department to strategically place into the market. With a list of over 500 active accounts, ranging from small retailers to high street chains, we have the ability to move large volumes into the market quietly, without fuss and ensuring brand protection at all times
Highpoint do not charge any refurbishment or repair fees, we simply take a modest commission when we sell the products on. Marketed under our popular Corevalue range and given a warranty by us, we are currently shipping in excess of 10,000 line items every month and this number is set to climb over the next 12 months as we complete our ongoing expansion plans.
